This weeks R1$1ng Dop3$t3r is a west coast rapper from Leimert Park who goes by the name of Dom Kennedy. he currently has 2 mixtapes out right now "25th Hour and Future Streets/Drug Sounds." Both of these mixtapes are str8 up fire.
